Congratulations David Ehrenstein! We ran into our favorite American movie critic, gayxpert and francophile David at the Zócalo "Deconstructing McCain" event last night in Downtown L.A. and spoke with him and Amy about the gay marriage decision. David said that he had "just asked his lover of 38 years to marry him. And he said "Sure."" And he's not very worried about the CA Supreme Court's decision being overturned: "Did you read the whole ruling? It's very very strong."
