I confess that my inner dandy quite approves of some of his more subdued ensembles, though I've never been a big armband man, myself. Perhaps it's but the latest permutation of his odd flair for paramilitary couture?

My inner dandy was very impressed with his outfit last Friday, with the golden elephant on his chest.
But he shocked Austrians by wearing an Austrian medal that can only be worn by national heroes if I understood well.
Talking of which, his red armband on a black jacket always make me cringe. Oh well.
